01 /Overview

DitherLab is a local-first image studio with 29 dithering, quantization, halftone, stipple and ASCII algorithms. Start from 32 curated treatments — from PICO-8 and Vaporwave to newsprint, Xerox and E-ink — then tune palette, tone, detail, pixel scale, scan path and perceptual colour matching.

Compare against the original, explore multiple treatments on the Style Board, or build a multi-drum Riso Press setup with editable inks, screens, paper and seeded press effects. Export PNG, JPEG, WebP or SVG; create 2× output, batch ZIPs and contact sheets; and save portable recipes for repeatable results.
